PLEASE NOTE DUE TO MOVING TO LARGER PREMISES THERE MAY BE A DELAY WITH DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER. PLEASE ALLOW A COUPLE OF EXTRA DAYS FOR DELIVERY. We do apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. All goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Second Class Delivery and will require a signature upon delivery. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered. You will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched containing your Tracking Number.
From time to time items can be temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted and we will then advise the lead time.
Next Day Delivery
For Next Day deliveries, your order will need to be placed before 11am Monday-Thursday and it will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day. Orders placed after 11am on Thursday will be dispatched Friday and will be delivered the next working day (Monday).
PLEASE NOTE NEXT DAY DELIVERY DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKEND/BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERIES (SATURDAY AND SUNDAY). All orders placed after 11am on Friday will be shipped Monday.

Overseas orders and deliveries
Customs & Import Duties:
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
Our rope products carry a 12 month warranty. Should you find the item you have ordered does not fit correctly, we are happy to exchange it if returned to us in good/unused condition within 7 days of purchase. This excludes customised items that are made to order. The postage cost for returning goods is the customer’s responsibility. Unless the item is faulty and if you have ordered incorrectly, there will be an additional postage charge to resend the correct item. We make every effort to ensure that items are shipped in perfect condition. However, if you find any item to be faulty, we will happily replace it.
